Ingredients:
  • 1 long espresso (60 mls)
  • 40 mls Hot chocolate
  • Hazelnut syrup
  • Whipped cream
  • Ice
  • Ground coffee (for decoration)

ESPRESSO AMARETTO

Preparation:
  • Place the Amaretto crumbs in th ebottom of a small glass
  • Pour the hot chocolate over
  • Pour the espresso over

ESPRESSO TIRAMISU'

Preparation:
  • Coat the inside of a small glass with custard
  • Pour prepared espresso into the glass
  • Add pieces of meringue and finish with a touch of caramel

MEXICAN ESPRESSO

Preparation:
  • Place 2 teaspoons of sugar in the bottom of a small glass
  • Add pieces of cinnamon stick and orange zest
  • Pour the espresso over and stir
  • Leave to rest for a few moments before enjoying the drink

CARDOMUM ESPRESSO

Preparation:
  • Split 3 Cardomum pods with a knife, extract and crush the seeds
  • Place 2 teaspoons of sugar in the bottom of a glass and add the Cardomum seeds
  • Pour the Espresso over and stir
  • Garnish with empty Cadomum pods and wait a few moments before drinking

ESPRESSO SHAKERATO

Preparation:
  • Place 4 - 5 Ice cubes in a cocktail shaker
  • Add 2 teaspoons of sugar and the coffee
  • Replace the lid and shake vigorously for 15 seconds

AFTER DINNER ALL'AMARETTO

Preparation:
  • Place 4 - 5 Ice cubes in a cocktail shaker
  • Add 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of Ameretto syrup and the coffee
  • Replace the lid and shake vigorously for 10 seconds
  • Pour into a cocktail glass

AFTER DINNER ALLA NOCCIOLA

Preparation:
  • Place 4 - 5 Ice cubes in a cocktail shaker
  • Add the hot chocolate, 1 teaspoon hazelnut syrup and the coffee
  • Replace the lid and shake vigorously for 10 sconds
  • Pour into a coffee glass and finish with a generous helping of whipped cream
